About Judy Larmand
Sales Representative
Welcome to my website, where you will find lots of information and tools to assist you in both the Selling and Buying processes.
Having lived, worked and played in this beautiful area my entire life, I can say that I know it intimately. This is the 15th year that I have had the pleasure of helping people to sell or buy their dream home or cottage. The lifestyle is this area is fantastic, whether you have a waterfront home or cottage, or live in a residential area. Either way, you will have vast areas of waterfront at your disposal for boating, swimming, fishing, enjoying the sunshine or any of the great activities that go along with owning property here. In the winter months, the lifestyle includes skiing, snowmobiling, hiking snowshoeing, ice fishing. The list goes on and on.
There is a reason why so many choose this area to live or cottage in. This is a large geographical area with lots of small towns and hamlets, along with miles of waterfront for you to explore. I am happy to help you explore and decide which area you would like to live or play in. I have in-depth knowledge, and cover the areas of North Simcoe, from the shores of Georgian Bay in Tiny Township, into Midland, Tay, Victoria Harbour, Waubaushene and Coldwater. If you would rather South Muskoka, we could explore the Port Severn area, which includes both Severn and South Muskoka starting with Lock 45 in the Trent Severn system, going into Little Lake, Gloucester Pool, Six Mile Lake. Once you go over the Big Chute Marine Railway, you are on the Severn River, with Tea Lake and tons of bays coming off of it. I cover both road and boat access properties up to the Swift Rapids lock.
I am also active in my community and my profession by volunteering my time with the following:
- 2010 President of the Southern Georgian Bay Real Estate Association, as well as 9 years running as a Director on the Board.
- Current President of Bunn’s Kids, which is a local organization that raises funds to assist underprivileged children to participate in sports and activities.
- In 2017 I participated in the Royal LePage Shelter Foundations, Iceland Trek for Shelter. I, along with 85 other Royal LePage professionals, trekked 115 kms across lava fields and over mountains to raise awareness and funds to prevent violence against women and children. As a group we raised in excess of $650,000 for women’s shelters across Canada. I was proudly the only person from my area to participate.
Whether you are buying a cottage or a home or selling a cottage or home, it will be my pleasure and privilege to apply my knowledge of the local market to your advantage. I go that extra mile to help you find the property of your dreams or attract the purchaser who wants to buy your home or cottage. My time is yours – so please feel free to call me anytime!
